We are grateful for the support of our donors, volunteers, and community partners. Your generosity and love for humanity have made it possible to open the doors of Aluna Guesthouse, a real home we are able to offer up to 4 residents at a time, allowing them to stay in the comfort of a real home during the last 3-6 months of their soul journey on this plane. 

We also offer housing vouchers to help mothers of dying children that are struggling with housing insecurities - struggling to make ends meet. We help to ensure they can keep the lights and heat on in their homes, food in their bellies, and companionship while going through what for most, will be the hardest burden of their lives to bear.

We have an even bigger dream which is to own our own property, land and a much larger home, to accommodate more women and children in need of hospice support and housing.

In-Kind Donations

We are in need of non-monetary gifts of goods or services. Current items we need on an ongoing bases:

  • Fragrance free laundry detergent.

  • Fragrance free toilet tissues, kleenex, paper towels

  • Wound care supplies (Latex free gloves, Latex free band-aids, bandages, etc.)

  • Toiletries

  • Dish soap (Sink & Dishwasher)

  • Light bulbs, garbage bags, cleaning supplies

  • Office supplies

  • Individually wrapped snacks (nuts, chips, cookies, crackers, etc.)

Traveling Mercies

“Traveling mercies” is a cross cultural phrase that means a wish for protection and guidance during a journey. As our residence journey towards death, we want to ensure they have an opportunity to transition with dignity surrounded by love, warmth and comfort. We have created a Comfort Care closet that contains various items our residence can choose for themselves. Many of our residents will come to us with a history of trauma and distrust. Allowing them the opportunity to “shop” for themselves from the closet, gives them some voice and a sense of control over some of their care decisions, when so much in their lives is out of their control. It helps to build ease and trust, allowing them to bond more quickly with our care companions, surrendering more deeply into their journey.

Our Comfort Closet contains soft cuddly blankets, teddy bears/dolls/fidget toys, aromatherapy, journals, stationary for writing letters to loved ones, lotions, lip balms, warm socks, hats, mittens, pajamas, ear plugs, eye masks, room decorations, night lights, holiday decorations, and many other gentle soul soothers. You can help keep our Comfort Closet stocked by purchasing a Traveling Mercies Gift Basket - Including a message or prayer for the recipient if you like that will be attached to the basket they will use for shopping. Gift Baskets are $111 each. 

Dreaming with Bees Book Project

Our Bee Sisters who helped to manifest this bee-utiful dream that is Aluna Bridge released a collection of grief stories back in May of 2024. The book, Dreaming with Bees: Sacred Medicine from Beyond the Veil of Grief, quickly became a bestseller and profits from book sells go directly back to Aluna Bridge and the women and children we serve. Our powerfully healing book is also available on Audible, voiced by the very talented Angela Bennett.

Monetary Donations

Please consider making a one-time or recurring monetary donation to our cause, helping to pay for the ongoing expenses associated with housing our Aluna family and helping us save needed funds to expand our mission, offering support to more of our community who are without homes and are dying.
